Welcome to Coulmbia College Chicago's new space reservation system.

If you are a current student or faculty/ staff member, log in under "My Account" with your Oasis or Iris credentials. 

To request a space on campus for your event, select the appropriate form under the "Reservations" tab, and follow
the instructions. 

Space requests will be processed within two business days.

Requests for furniture and AV setups require a miniumum of ten buisness days lead time. Please note that reservations marked "Pending Facilities" are confirmed; only the details around furniture setups are currently pending.

Space Requests 

Links to the public space request forms for students, faculty and staff are below. Hover over the Reservations menu above to view all request forms available to you. 

Students

  • Student request forms only allow bookings for the current semester. 
  • Student space accounts are inactive if you are not registered for a course in the current semester. Please contact a faculty or staff member to book space on your behalf. 

Faculty/Staff

  • Fill out the form with as much information as you have available at the time of your request. 
  • Please include furniture setup information, AV details, and similar information to help us process your request more quickly. 
  • For larger events, please note on the request form if you'll need any additional time outside of your reservation. Setup and teardown times are added by the space approver prior to confirmation.

 

Lead Times

Space requests without services requests will be processed within two business days.

All student film production requests for spaces on campus will need at least ten business days for processing. 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are required for all reservations that will not be used. There may be penalties for failure to cancel unused reservations.

Cancellations require 48 hour notice. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your event, please contact space@colum.edu as soon as possible.
