If you are a current student or faculty/ staff member, log in under "My Account" with your Oasis or Iris credentials. 

To request a space on campus for your event, select the appropriate form under the "Reservations" tab, and follow
the instructions. 

Keep in mind that all requests will need at least two business days to be processed.

Events involving Building or Media services will need five business days of processing time.

Step 2: book a space

For all student organization requests:

For requests to film on campus:

Lead times

All requests take at least two business days to be processed, or five business days for events with furniture or technology setups.

All student film production requests for spaces in 1104 S. Wabash need at least two business days to be processed. Film production requests for all other spaces on campus require at least ten business days for processing.


Cancellations are required for all reservations that will not be used. There may be penalties for failure to cancel unused reservations.

Cancellations require 48 hour notice. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your event, please contact space@colum.edu as soon as possible.
