reserve campus space
welcome to columbia college chicago's space reservation system.
If you are a current student or faculty/staff member, log in under "My Account" with your Oasis or Iris credentials.
Students - your space reservation accounts are inactive unless you are enrolled in a current course. You may contact a faculty or staff member who may reserve space on your behalf.
To request a space on campus, select the appropriate form under the "Reservations" tab, and follow the instructions.
All event requests will need at least two business days to be processed, or five days for events requiring furniture or technology set-up.
All student film production requests for spaces in 1104 S. Wabash need at least two business days to be processed. Film production requests for all other spaces on campus require at least ten business days for processing.
Cancellations are required for all reservations that will not be used. There may be penalties for failure to cancel unused reservations.
Cancellations require 72 hour notice. If you must cancel within 72 hours of your event, please contact Space & Scheduling as soon as possible.
